Edible Items - Food, Treats & Supplements:

All edible items are guaranteed. To be eligible for a refund/exchange product must be in original packaging with upc present and undamaged. Item must be a minimum of 50% unused/intact and must be returned/exchanged within 15 days of original purchase. Receipt is required - unless item was purchased under a loyalty account.

Non-Edible Items:

All non edible items must be in original/saleable and unused condition ( i.e. free of debris and pet hair ) with tags/upc attached. Items must be returned/exchanged within 15 days of original purchase. Receipt is required - unless item was purchased under a loyalty account.

Exceptions:

Locally Made Artisan Products - These items are final sale - though we are happy to facilitate communication with artist in the effort to provide options.

Clearance Items - Clearance items are final sale
